Your order is ready for shipment when SATMULTIMEDIA has received payment authorization from your credit card issuer. We do not charge your account until your order is shipped.


Shipment is only available to the card holders address. In case of a different shipping address or unavailable address verification, our customer service will contact you to confirm your order and verify card holder details.

name of the beneficiary
IBAN (international bank account number) of the beneficiary

Shipping     

At SatMultimedia, we are making every effort to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience. In order to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, we calculate shipping and handling costs based on the weight and destination of your order. This calculation is performed real-time during the checkout process. SatMultimedia primarily ships international orders via UPS and GLS.

Processing and Shipping Times:
Shipping times will vary, however, most domestic orders take 2-5 working days transit time while most international orders take 4-7 working days transit time. Transit time refers to the time it takes for a carrier, such as UPS and GLS, to deliver a package from our office to your location. Processing time from order receipt to shipment depends on the stock status of the items in your order. If all items in your order are in stock, your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days. If any items in your order are not in stock, your order will usually ship in 7-14 business days. The total time required to receive your order will be based on the processing time plus the transit time. Please note that from time to time a product may go on backorder, which may delay the processing of your order by several days or weeks.

International Orders:
Please note that if you place an order to be shipped internationally (outside the E.U.), the country in which you receive your package may require you to pay customs, duties, or some other form of import taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for all such taxes, fees, and charges. The shipping and handling fees charged by SatMultimedia cover only the actual shipping costs to move an order from our location to your delivery address.
